Our Staff

Wayne Zahrt, our general manager, has been with the company since it opened. Wayne, along with his assistant, Jeff Frisque, manage a fleet of 25 vehicles and all the landscape equipment that goes with running this large an operation.

Wayne and Jeff also head the landscape crews and handle all the tough landscape jobs such as changing grades, retaining walls and brick patios and walkways.

Jesse Zastrow, Certified Arborist, heads the Arboriculture department and has been with us since 2002.  Jess graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a degree in Urban Forestry.  He, along with Jane Morse, who is a graduate of Northern Michigan University with a degree in Biology, Conservation and Soils, provide expert tree and shrub care including pruning, insect and disease control, perennial care and landscape design. 

Pat Mahlik joined us in 2010.  Pat is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point with a degree in Forestry and Soils.  Pat worked for Tillmann Landscape for over 26 years and back in 1989 helped us start our business.  Pat is doing a variety of work from tree care to landscape installation.

Fran Neis, turf manager, has over 35 years of agronomy and lawn care experience.  Since 1995, Fran has been providing expert lawn service to our customers.  Fran is also a graduate of UW-Stevens Point with a degree in Soil Science and Resource Management.

Lydell Uecker has been the mowing manager for over twelve years. Lydell's crew consisting of Sam Grienier and Irv Champeau provide quality service in the Green Bay area.
