About Us

OUR COMPANY
In 1988 Steve Zahn and his partner started Tillmann Care, A Division of T&Z Inc. In 1994, Steve and Eldri Zahn bought out their partner's half of the business and changed the name to Professional Landscape Management, A Division of T&Z Inc. Since the buyout, Steve and Eldri have developed PLM into a premier landscape maintenance and landscape design/installation company in the Green Bay area.

MISSION STATEMENT
Providing our clients with a quality product and reliable service at a fair price is our first priority. In order to meet that goal, our many years of experience, employee training programs and continuing education seminars assure that our people are equipped to meet your every need.

INSURANCE                                                                                       Rest assured that PLM is fully insured and can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance as proof.  With limits up to $6,000,000, we can handle any company's insurance requirements.  We have also maintained a sub .80 Workers' Compensation experience rating for many years.  Safety is always our first priority.

MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on having the best-trained, most knowledgeable people who not only have years of experience, but also have a formal education in their respective fields. These are the people who actually do the on-site work and monitor your property for small problems on an on-going basis - before they develop into BIG problems - AND all for the same cost as other companies.

DESIGN AND INSTALLATION
From design to installation, Professional Landscape Management provides you with individual attention. We offer daytime and evening hours tailored to your schedule. We work within your budget and will structure your job to be done in phases if that meets your needs.

We are not a part-time or "after hours" business. Our office is staffed from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with Saturdays in the spring. All our trucks have cellular phones and our people can be reached within moments if needed. We also have a voice mail system for any after hours calls for your convenience.

Unlike some other companies, we do NOT subcontract our jobs. We are directly accountable to YOU!
